Victorino set out a vision for a recruitment agency whose concern for its clients is up exactly in a Mother’s aphorism, “To serve with one mind and one heart.” Thus, from the very start, Ms. Victorino lived up to the kind of service that Mother’s Way has been known for since its founding by providing foreign employers with Filipino workers who are preferred for their competence, skills, and flexibility and who are acknowledged the world over for their invaluable contribution to the business growth and competitiveness. Duly-licensed and authorized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency Administration (POEA) to recruit and deploy Overseas Filipino Workers. Mother’s Way Overseas Manpower Specialist Corp. has gained recognition and established an outstanding track record and experience in the deployment of the Filipino Workers to Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, Oman, Dubai, U.A.E., Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. Negotiations are on-going for the company to deploy nurses and other skilled workers to the United States of America, Ukraine and Spain. The management and staff of the company are known for their professionalism, integrity, and capability in the business of overseas recruitment. The company’s main office is in Manila Philippines. It has twelve (12) regional branch offices nationwide, assuring employers of a year-round supply for their various manpower needs.

Recruitment Requirements

  • Employers and Principals who wished to do business with Mother’s Way have to comply with the company to facilitate the accreditation with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.
  • Authenticated Special Power of Attorney in favor of Mother’s Way.
  • Authenticated Manpower/Job order, a request letter containing information on the categories, number and salaries of the workers required.
  • Standard Employment Contract
  • Service contract between Mother’s Way and the foreign Employer/Principal.
  • Photocopies of valid commercial business recognition of the Principal with English Translation.
